The Manager has put in place a whistleblowing policy and procedures to provide employees and any other party to raise concerns in good faith and with the confidence about any perceived irregularity or misconduct, without fear of reprisals in any form.
The Audit and Risk Committee ("ARC") has the responsibility of overseeing this policy. The ARC is empowered to conduct or authorise investigations into any activity and obtain independent professional advice as it deems necessary. All employees of the Manager are informed of this policy which is made available on the Manager's intranet.
Reports can be lodged confidentially to the ARC via email to Bowsprit.Whistleblow@boardroomlimited.com
