2023 Highlights

First REIT is committed to being a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Community Support

Community involvement projects:

Hospitals and nursing homes play a crucial role in promoting sustainable development in the communities they serve by providing medical care and support to those in need.

In 2023, the Manager organised events in Singapore and in Japan that supported the elderly communities in First REIT’s nursing homes:

Organised Japanese Orizome Workshop for elderly at The Lentor Residence

Organised a “Singapore Day” for residents at Loyal Residence Ayase, a three-storey nursing home that is geographically situated between Tokyo and Yokohama
